Once payment has been made, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. By purchasing the Chill Pill assessment program, you agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Test Start Window
- You are required to start the Chill Pill assessment within 7 days of making the payment.
- If you fail to begin the assessment within this period, your access to the test may be deactivated without a refund.
3. Test Completion Window
- Once the assessment is started, you must complete it within 90 days.
- Failure to complete the test within this time frame may result in deactivation of your access, with no refund provided.
4. Exceptions
While refunds are not provided, in exceptional circumstances such as technical issues on our end, you may contact our support team for assistance to resume or extend your test access. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
